The Ryley Seventh-day Adventist Church is committed to improving the social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and physical well-being of its members and the community. We are involved in several on-going ministries, listed below, as well as occasional programs and events such as Health Expos, Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program, and Financial Peace among others. For more information, contact our church to see what we have on the go!
This is a program that works with communities and local Child & Family Services offices. When a child must be removed from their home for their own safety, our Bags of Love are designed to help ease that transition. We encourage you to visit our Bags of Love website for more information, and to see how we've made a difference in the lives of children all over Alberta.
Every first and second Sabbath of the month, we alternate visiting the Holden and Tofield senior's lodges. We put on a small program that involves hymn singing, special musical pieces, and scripture readings.
Come join us Tuesday nights at 7pm for an in depth bible study and small group discussions. Occasionally we will chose a book to follow as well.
These special Sabbaths are a great way to enjoy bible study in a relaxed, social environment... with breakfast! We begin at 10am, so bring your favourite breakfast food and an appetite for learning more about Jesus and His love! Breakfast Sabbath occurs on the third Saturday each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct).
Our church regularly hosts social events, programs, and seminars. This includes our Winter Rally on the last weekend of January, spring and fall church campouts, and occasional hymns sings and concerts. Please follow us on Facebook to be notified and receive details of any upcoming events!
